After that success , she was hired to travel around the United States helping struggling owners turn their stores into profitable businesses. Roxie-Anne, our delightful canine Chief Furry Officer, brings unmatched enthusiasm, joy, and dedication to our company. As the official protector of fun and well-being, her mission is to ensure our team—especially the owner—maintains a healthy work-life balance, infused with laughter and playfulness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Enforce Regular Breaks: Proactively reminds the owner to pause work and enjoy quality playtime, stretching, and fresh air.

Promote Laughter: Uses canine charm, tail wags, and playful antics to spark joy and encourage spontaneous moments of happiness throughout the workday.

Activity Supervision: Leads scheduled play sessions, including fetch, tug-of-war, or simply frolicking, to keep the office mood light and spirits high.

Well-being Advocate: Serves as a living reminder of self-care, wellbeing, and the value of frequent breaks for optimal productivity.

Morale Officer: Greets team members with happy energy, provides opportunities for cuddles, and boosts the atmosphere, especially on long or stressful days.
