In 2007, Xochitl Rodriguez, began her journey in turning stores from problems to profits.   Between 2007-2009 Xochitl turned 17 struggling stores into very profitable stores- so profitable, that several of these 17 stores started to rank # 1 in the state of Caliornia for their category.  After that success , she was hired to travel around the United States helping struggling owners turn their stores into profitable businesses.  This is where Xochitl learned to quickly asses problem and implement profitable solutions.

We offer one-to-one in person consultant.ions or via Zoom.  Travel outside these areas is available and will incur a reasonable investment.  Phone consultations are also available.

Company policy – We will never require you to sign a retainer. We get to work together by choice & not by contracts.
